Echoes from Africa: Stories That Bridge, Voices That Inspire.

About Us

Founded by Kimberley Azria and Bernard Azria, Aby Media stands as a beacon of innovation in the world of creative production. With our roots firmly planted in both Abidjan and Los Angeles, we are uniquely positioned to bridge diverse storytelling traditions, blending the vibrant narratives of Africa with the dynamism of Hollywood.

Our journey began with a shared vision: to shine a spotlight on untold stories and to give voice to the voiceless. Today, we take pride in being a nexus where talent, passion, and innovation converge, producing content that resonates globally. Join us as we continue to push boundaries, challenge conventions, and craft narratives that leave a lasting impact.

Our Vision

Bernard Azria

During my 40-year career, I was one of the first to advocate for a better place for Africa in the international entertainment scene. My dream and ambition is to make sure that our continent, which gifted to the world its artists, composers, painters, sculptors, and musicians, also earns a significant place in the global audio-visual industry. I have, with great pride, watched Kimberley embrace these dreams and ambitions of mine, and I am thrilled to put them in motion with her.

Kimberley Azria

Television, at its core, is the intersection of culture and technology, profoundly shaping our societies. As global citizens and, most crucially, as sons and daughters of Africa, we bear the duty to harness this pivotal medium. I firmly believe that by elevating our distinct talents and voices, we can position our industry, with all its potential and resources, prominently on the global entertainment map.

Our Mission

Our goal is to harness the transformative power of media to promote positive change and facilitate meaningful intercultural exchanges. Through our television projects, we provide a vibrant platform where the rich tapestry of African stories, talent, and perspectives come alive, fostering a deeper understanding across borders. Our unwavering commitment is to champion the continent's burgeoning talents, introducing the world to voices that might otherwise remain unheard.

In the vast expanse of global storytelling, we believe the African TV industry has a unique and vital role. By spotlighting its distinct narratives and unmatched creativity, we aim not only to entertain but also to bridge cultures, creating opportunities for African storytellers to shine internationally. Our mission is more than just television—it's about building connections, fostering respect, and amplifying the soul of Africa on the global stage.
